Delivered by U.S. Mail in the U.S. only.. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of your printed copy. (If you want overseas airmail, or overnight express shipment, you must email us or call so we can give you the correct amount.)

Delivered via email upon receipt of your payment. After your payment is confirmed you can download the manual. The manual
cannot be printed, only viewed on your computer's screen. If you want the manual sent to a different address, you must email us at hrushing@usit.net

For foreign delivery, email us first for a quote on
delivery by air mail or other method. Note that foreign
